Ogni storia vale
About this event
Young students for young stories. New points of view about our days help creating a vital and turbulent mosaic of different interlocked stories, which are part of a common big narration. Guided by the Uruguayan playwright Gabriel Calderón, the students of the International Course for Dramaturg will be involved in the creation of a collective text: each one of them will start from a single story, real or imagined. With the support of the other students, each story will have to be developed on stage thus naturally finding a connection to the others.
Every single story will know how to be a fragment of a wider narration which reunites all of us. This work proves that any story, even the one lived on a street corner of our increasingly sprawling cities or in the remote areas of our silent countryside, refraining from the mad whirl of contemporary, can show its metaphorical power, a unique ability to hatch the vision of the globe from the wonder of a detail.
The students of the International Acting Course, guided by Uruguayan actress and director Margarita Musto, will translate the work of the dramatists for the stage.
